Armands Šers has been confirmed as the Chairman of the AILE grupa Management board. Māris Mors and Uldis Dārziņš continue to work as the members of the Management board.

Armands Sers has been a member of the company's management board since 2018. In addition, during the past 11 years he has also proven himself on the UPB Group level, growing from site manager position to supervisor or glazed structure projects. This gives A. Sers a wide experience in design, production, project management and assembly fields. Armands Sers will continue to oversee the glazed structure projects in the UPB Group.

"We have been working together since the first major glazed facade objects in Scandinavia. It was a time of transformation, when the most of the AILE grupa portfolio consisted of the local projects, but we started to focus on unitized facades and target export markets. I am sure that the unique knowledge, combined with many years of practical experience, will help Armands to successfully lead the further growth of AILE grupa in the field of unitized facades and to respond quickly to the unpredictable situation in the construction industry today,” says Maris Mors, previous Chairman of the Board.

Maris Mors will work on the development of the glazed structures on the UPB Group level, focusing especially on the building envelope solution in both local and foreign markets.

AILE grupa is one of the largest producers of aluminium-wood, glass and aluminium structures in the Baltic States with “AILE” and “Stiklu Centrs” production plants in Liepaja. AILE grupa is a part of UPB group.
