Office buildings STUDIO Malmo , Sweden

Studio is a 15-storey multifunctional building located in the city of Malmo in Sweden and the main contractor is project development and construction company Skanska. UPB in this project provided engineering, production, delivery and assembly of prefabricated concrete and steel constructions. 

Total material output is approximately 22 000 m2 - 3854 prefabricated concrete elements and 580t of steel construction. The building is also special due to a variety of complex engineering solutions and placement of loads. 

The building was designed and certified by one of the most popular sustainable building certification schemes - LEED, achieving Platinum level.
